  • Residence permit : US$ 1,200.00 (one thousand two hundred US dollars) applicant without dependent.
  • Work Permit: US$ 400,00 (four hundred US dollars) applicant without dependent.

The total cost does not include the payment of:

  • Check payable directly to the National Treasury per the applicant and dependent: US$ 250.00 (two hundred and fifty US dollars)

The requirements to apply for the Visa Under the Marrakesh Agreement are the following:

  1. 1. Power of Attorney and Application (notarized).
  2. Three (3) passport-size photographs of the permit applicant.
  3. Duly revised copy of the passport (notary or corresponding authority).
  4. Criminal record duly apostilled..
  5. Health certificate..
  6. Certified Check for B/.250.00 in favor of the National Treasury.
  7. Certified Check for B/.800.00 in favor of the National Immigration Service.
  8. Personal History Affidavit Form..
  9. Employment contract endorsed by the Ministry of Labor and Labor Development in favor of the interested party.
  10. Letter of Employment on company letterhead, signed by the company’s legal representative stating position and salary.
  11. Copy of the Company’s Operations Notice..
  12. Copy of the company's Public Registry certification..
  13. Work permit and copy of the ID..
  14. Proof of affiliation to the Social Security Administration and copy of the ID (first request).
  15. The Company’s National Revenue Good Standing Certificate (Paz y Salvo)..

Extension of permission of foreign personnel hired by companies under the Marrakesh Agreement (PPRT-G)

In case of extension, the previous requirements will be presented except for the criminal record certificate, proof of affiliation to the CSS, and checks. Additionally, you must provide:
