POLICIES ON THE TREATMENT AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE WEBSITE www.legalsolutionspanama.com, UNDER THE OWNERSHIP OF LEGAL SOLUTIONS LATAM S.A.

The present Policies on Treatment and Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter, the "Policies") have been prepared in accordance with the provisions contained in Article 42 of the Constitution of the Republic of Panama.

1. Responsible for the Treatment of Personal Data

2. Purpose and Objectives of Personal Data Treatment
   Legal Solutions Latam S.A. collects, stores, and uses personal data of its clients with the aim of forming its client database for the following purposes: commercial, promotional, and marketing of its products and services in the development of its corporate purpose.
3. Prior Authorization from Legal Solutions Latam S.A's clients for the Treatment of Personal Data
   The treatment of personal data by Legal Solutions Latam S.A. requires the prior authorization of the owners of such personal data (users of Legal Solutions Panama), which should be requested, at the latest, at the time of the collection of personal data.
4. Responsible for the Protection of Personal Data
   The area responsible for the protection of personal data of Legal Solutions Latam S.A. corresponds to the Marketing Area of Legal Solutions Latam S.A. (hereinafter, the "Responsible for the Protection of Personal Data") who will handle the requests, inquiries and claims coming from the holders in exercise of their right to know, update, rectify and delete their personal data, as well as revoke their authorization for the treatment of the same. Holders may request at any time from the Responsible for the Protection of Personal Data to inform them about the Policies, and about any change or modification to them.
5. Rights of the Holders
   The holders of the personal data will have the following rights: a) To know, update and rectify their personal data in front of Legal Solutions Latam S.A. This right may be exercised, among others, against partial, inaccurate, incomplete, fragmented data that induce to error, or those whose treatment is expressly prohibited or has not been authorized. b) Request proof of the authorization granted to Legal Solutions Latam S.A., in its capacity as responsible for the treatment. c) Be informed by Legal Solutions Latam S.A., upon request, about the use it has given to their personal data. d) Revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of their personal data when the treatment does not respect the principles, rights, and constitutional and legal guarantees. e) Access for free their personal data that have been subject to treatment.
6. Procedure for the Exercise of Rights
   6.1. Right of Access to Personal Data
   The holders have the right to know if their personal data are being treated, as well as the scope, conditions, and generalities of such treatment. For this purpose, the holders have the right to request the supply of their personal data to the Responsible for the Protection of Personal Data described in point 4 of this document, attaching a copy of their identification document to the request. 6.2. Right to Consult Personal Data
   The holders or their assignees may consult the personal data of the holders that are in the database of Legal Solutions Latam S.A. For such purposes, they should direct their inquiries to the Responsible for the Protection of Personal Data described in point 4 of this document, attaching a copy of their identification document to the request. The Responsible for the Protection of Personal Data will attend to the inquiries within a maximum term of ten (10) business days counted from the date of receipt of the same. When it is not possible to attend to a certain inquiry within this term, the Responsible for the Protection of Personal Data will inform the interested party in writing, stating the reasons for the delay and indicating the date on which their inquiry will be attended to, which in no case may exceed five (5) business days following the expiration of the first term.
   6.3. Claims The holders or their successors who consider that the information contained in the Legal Solutions Latam S.A. database should be subject to correction, update, or deletion, or when they notice the presumed non-compliance of any of the duties contained in articles 42 of the Political Constitution of the Republic of Panama, may file a claim before the Person in Charge of Personal Data Protection described in point 4 of this document, which will be processed under the following rules: a) The claim will be made through a request addressed to the Person in Charge of Personal Data Protection, with the identification of the holder, copy of their identity document, description of the facts that give rise to the claim, the address, and accompanying the documents that you want to enforce. If the claim is incomplete, the Person in Charge of Personal Data Protection will require the interested party within five (5) calendar days after receiving the claim to correct the flaws. After two (2) months from the date of the requirement, without the applicant providing the required information, it will be understood that the applicant has desisted from the claim. b) Once the complete claim is received, a legend that says "claim in process" and the reason for it will be included in the corresponding Legal Solutions Latam S.A. database, within no more than two (2) business days. This legend must be maintained until the claim is decided. c) The maximum term to attend the claim will be fifteen (15) business days counted from the day after the date of receipt. When it is not possible to attend the claim within this term, the Person in Charge of Personal Data Protection will inform the interested party of the reasons for the delay and the date on which their claim will be attended, which in no case may exceed eight (8) business days following the expiration of the first term. 6.4. Request for Revocation of Authorization and/or Deletion of Personal Data Holders may at any time request the Person in Charge of Personal Data Protection described in point 4 of this document to delete their personal data and/or revoke the authorization granted for its processing, by filing a claim.
7. Information Security Legal Solutions Latam S.A., is committed to the correct processing of the personal data of the holders, preventing unauthorized third-party access that allows them to know, violate, modify, disclose, or destroy the information that rests in their databases. For this reason, Legal Solutions Latam S.A., has security protocols and access to their information systems, storage, and processing, including physical security measures for this purpose.
8. Validity of the Policies These Policies begin to govern from the first (1) day of April 2019, and will be in force during the existence of Legal Solutions Latam S.A.. The Legal Solutions Latam S.A. customer database will remain in force for as long as it is reasonable and necessary, according to the purposes that justified the processing, taking into account the applicable provisions on the matter at hand and the administrative, accounting, tax, legal and historical aspects of the information.

LEGAL SOLUTIONS LATAM S.A, in compliance with the provisions of the Political Constitution of the Republic of Panama, in its article 42, informs you that it has in its database information previously provided by you, which has been collected for commercial and marketing purposes carried out in the development of our corporate purpose.In accordance with our Personal Data Treatment and Protection Policies, we inform you that your personal data is treated confidentially and the Company guarantees the security, reservation, and confidentiality of the same.The Company requires your authorization to continue processing your personal data to comply with the purposes described above.If you wish your personal data to be excluded from the Company's database, we ask you to please inform us by written communication addressed to Ave. Samuel Lewis and Calle 34E, Obarrio. Torre Generalli, Floor 20, Panama City, Phone: 67736021, email info@legalsolutionspanama.com, within a period of thirty (30) business days from the date of receipt of this communication, if after the previous period we do not receive a communication from you in the terms described above, the Company will be authorized by you to continue using your personal data to fulfill the same purposes.The above is understood without prejudice to the right that assists you to know, update, rectify and delete your personal data at any time in the terms indicated in article 42 of the Political Constitution of the Republic of Panama.
